Northglen Community

Northglen Community, located in Timmins, has 70 sites spread over 36 acres of land.  There are nature trails on-site for homeowners to enjoy. The Timmins economy is focused mainly on mining, but is also influenced by forestry, tourism, education, and healthcare, with the Timmins hospital serving as the major centre for Northern Ontario. The community is situated on Highway 655, approximately 70 kilometers from Highway 11, also known as the Trans-Canada Highway. It is approximately 300 km from Sudbury, 365 km from North Bay, and 700 km from downtown Toronto. Timmins is serviced by a municipal airport with service to Toronto (downtown and Pearson), Sudbury, Thunder Bay, and numerous northern communities. Ontario Northland provides train and bus service from Timmins to Toronto.
